If you are like me your New Year’s Resolution to get back into bathing suit shape by the time summer rolls around was catching up awfully fast. Though I haven’t been completely useless in meeting my goals I wanted to give my review of the Infusion Pro Premium Fruit Infused Water Bottle because of how useful it was to me in getting into shape without it being too much of a terrible chore.
When I made my New Year’s resolution I knew one of my biggest problems was going to be getting enough water, which is simply vital for not only losing weight but getting your body into shape in in top performing gear. I am a soda drinker, which in this day in age almost seems as bad as being a smoker when it comes to taking care of yourself. Anyway, features of the aforementioned product include the following:
- Dishwasher safe.
- No BPA.
- Bottom-up infusion with strainer.
- Leak proof pop-top lid.
- Comes with case.
- Shatterproof Tritan plastic.
Being dishwasher safe, you don’t have to exclude this infuser and waste your time tending to it. You’re able to place it in the dishwasher with the rest of your items to ensure that you’re cleaning everything when you can. Being composed of shatterproof Tritan plastic, you know it’s going to be durable. On top of this, it’s leak-proof with a pop-top lid, and has a bottom up infuser that even has a strainer. With no BPA materials included within the creation of this infuser, you don’t have to worry about the plastic being too unhealthy to use. If you’re looking to store this safely when you’re not drinking it, and you’re not washing it, you’ll want to use the case that it comes with for extra safety for storage purposes. There are a ton of attractive features for the aforementioned infuser water bottle but take a gander below to look at our first impression, advantages, and disadvantages of the product, along with what comes in the shipped contents of this package.
The GoodThe greatest advantage of getting this product over other infusion bottles is the bottom up infusion method. Though this may be a personal preference I can't imagine why people might benefit more from the top down that also seems to be very popular. The thing about the bottom up method is that the ingredients (lemon, cucumbers, ginger… whatever) sits at the bottom of the bottle, which means as long as there is water in the bottle you will be getting the flavors of your ingredients. If you go from the top down then basically once you've had about half the bottle the ingredients might not even be in the water anymore, which kind of defeats the purpose altogether. I've ready in places that the whole top down thing won't matter if you prepare your water the night before and let all the stuff mix overnight, but this sounds like more work than necessary and you should just go with bottom up.
The BadHonestly, I am very happy with my purchase, though if I had to choose a disadvantage I suppose it would be that it is a little more expensive than other options. But, honestly, I think it's worth the price for being BPA-free and super durable. If you are really tight on money I suppose you could go with a bottle that is (admittedly) half the price, though I can't image the quality would be very high and they would either leak or crack.
What’s in the Box?You can choose between a single or double pack and it comes with a carrying case, along with receiving the actual infuser product. It’s not much, but it’s enough to begin using with ease.
The Final VerdictOverall, I think this is a great product and I don’t really have any complaints about it and will work well for anyone who doesn’t want to just bring boring old water, especially if you are trying to wean yourself off of less hydrating beverages.
