The Endurance Agility Ladder includes 11 rungs, which are adjustable to meet the needs of a wide range of athletes. The rungs are 20 inches wide, which means they provide you with sufficient space to engage in various intensity training sessions. After you position the rungs, they will remain in place, regardless of the intensity of your workout. The straps are 15 feet long, and they are well-attached to the rungs. Simultaneously, the manufacturer supplies an extra bag, which makes it easy to transport the ladder. Apart from that, you’ll get a helpful training e-book that encompasses a range of plyometric drills. That being said, we recommend you to keep reading if you wish to find out about our experience with the product.
- Handful training e-book
- Durable, well-made, adjustable rungs
- The width of the rungs facilitates engaging in various forms of exercising
- The product isn’t equipped with enclosure loops to secure the ladder
- The manufacturer could have made it a bit longer
- It happened that the rungs fell off the slats
Assembling the item was effortless, in less than three minutes we unboxed the product, and it was down on the floor ready to use. Hence, thumbs up for the easy assembling. The kit is compact which means it occupies the minimum amount of storage space while making it easy to carry wherever you’re headed. However, we expected the ladder to be easier to roll down.
The ladder is a well-built product that, once secured on the ground, stays put. We noted that the rungs don’t curl or bunch while training, which is an excellent feature we didn’t encounter in every agility ladder.
While we found the ebook a helpful addition to the package, we have noticed that many customers on Amazon complained that their package didn’t include it. Hopefully the manufacturer resolved this issue.
Our main gripe with the product is that it only has 8 ladder rungs over 15 feet, fewer than many others. This isn't a huge issue, but it is also at a relatively high price point so you notice small things like this.
In a nutshell, we conclude that this is a high quality purchase as far as agility ladders go. It is well designed, easy to use, and we can recommend it for all ages and types of athletes.
